Shipping Policy

1. Warehouses and Dispatch

Orders are fulfilled from our China Warehouse and USA Warehouse. Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping is calculated per warehouse at checkout:

• China Warehouse — $90 (Worldwide)
• USA Warehouse — $10 (UPS Standard from $10)
• Orders with a subtotal above $1500 qualify for Free Shipping on the entire order.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Estimated transit times are communicated at checkout and can be tracked in real time through our Telegram community (@Kingadao0).

4. Packaging

Products are packed with temperature-conscious materials as required for lyophilized research compounds, with discreet labeling and tamper-evident seals.

5. Tracking

Every order receives a tracking reference. Check your order status online on our tracking page, or message our support team on Telegram with your order number to receive live tracking updates.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Report any damage or loss within 7 days of receipt (or expected delivery) via Telegram. We will investigate and arrange resolution in accordance with our terms.

7. Import Compliance

The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all import laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Malice Research Lab is not liable for customs actions or delays outside its control.
